What We Did Today
We finished correcting our energy notes and began discussing energy transformations. We started tracing the path of energy from the sun to the energy that is used to start our computers up at home.
Homework
Complete the assignment we started in class. Use your notes and article we read earlier last week to finish the energy transformations. We will have a vocabulary quiz Friday. I will discuss the format tomorrow. The words will come directly from our notes: energy, potential energy, elastic potential energy, gravitational potential energy, kinetic energy, electricity, chemical, mechanical, nuclear, light (electromagnetic), thermal.
